Y1 & Y2 Trip to Bocketts Farm

We are delighted to inform you that we have arranged an exciting educational visit to Bocketts Farm for Year 1 and 2 on Wednesday 30th April. This will be a fantastic opportunity for the children to experience hands-on learning in a fun and engaging environment.

During the trip, the children will take part in a variety of activities, including:

• A small Animal Encounters Session - a chance to meet some of the smaller animals up close.
• A Tractor & Trailer Ride - an opportunity to see a range of farm animals and enjoy scenic views, including a glimpse of London (weather permitting!)
• A Guided Farm Tour - This will include: The Stable Yard, The Animal Discovery Barn, The Kitchen Garden, The Farm Walk and chance to feed the animals!
• Lunch - children should bring a packed lunch in a named disposable bag.
• Free Time - an opportunity to revisit the animals or enjoy the outdoor play areas.

All children must wear school uniform and wear appropriate footwear. Please also send them with a sunhat and apply sun cream/waterproof coat dependant on the weather. We would like the children to arrive at school promptly by 8.40am so that we can leave by coach at 9am. We plan to arrive back at school at around 3pm.
