• Continue to develop teachers’ subject knowledge to ensure work planned matches the intended curriculum
• Ensure misconceptions and gaps in pupil knowledge are addressed by checking pupils’ understanding systematically in lessons
• Continue to strengthen work with parents and carers so that that pupils’ attendance improves, especially for those who are disadvantaged
